The divine Miss Piggy had not yet hoofed her way into our hearts when this recipe made its first appearance. Now that she has, we can appropriately name this gooey delight for one of our favorite divas. Go ahead, pig out!

Combine cream, sugar, coffee powder, salt, and vanilla in a bowl. Soften gelatin in cold water in a saucepan, then heat until gelatin is thoroughly dissolved. Remove from heat. Gradually pour gelatin into cream mixture, and beat until blended thoroughly. Pour into shell and chill for at least 1 hour. Garnish with shaved chocolate and chopped nuts. Serves 6-8.

This next menu is centered around rigatoni, a not-too-hackneyed Italian pasta that is embarrassingly cheap and delightfully filling. But heed. Never attempt to prepare this wonderful dish for more than 6 unless you have legs of iron and nerves of steel. Stuffing the rigatoni takes considerable time and is truly an idiot’s delight. Try it anyway. It’s worth it.
